1. Overview
SetMyHub operates on a pre-booking, bulk-purchase model. Since orders are aggregated from multiple residents and fulfilled collectively, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both buyers and vendors fairly.
2. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation
- You may cancel your pre-booking at any time before the bulk order reaches its minimum threshold.
- No payment is charged at the time of pre-booking, so no refund is applicable at this stage.
- To cancel, navigate to "My Orders" in the app and select "Cancel Order".
3. Cancellation After Order Confirmation
- Once a bulk order is confirmed and payment has been processed, cancellations are subject to the following:
- Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund, no questions asked.
- 24–72 hours after payment: 90% refund (10% processing charge may apply).
- After 72 hours / Post dispatch: No cancellation or refund will be entertained.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
- Product received is significantly different from what was described.
- Product received is damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof).
- Order confirmed but not delivered within the stated delivery window (exceeding 30 days from confirmation without communication).
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Bulk order was cancelled by SetMyHub due to insufficient participation.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after product dispatch.
- Minor cosmetic differences from images (product descriptions are representative).
- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation by the customer.
- Products categorised as non-returnable at time of booking.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For UPI and bank transfers, it may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Refund confirmation will be sent via email and in-app notification.
7. How to Raise a Refund Request
- Email us at support@setmyhub.com with your Order ID and reason.
- Or call us at +91 73851 42993 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM IST).
- We will respond within 2 business days of receiving your request.
