1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SetMyHub mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. SetMyHub is operated by Qualyzentech Private Limited.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SetMyHub. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Use of the Service
SetMyHub provides a platform for residents of housing societies to collectively pre-book products at bulk discounted prices. You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Not reverse-engineer or copy any part of the application.
5. Orders and Pre-Bookings
- All orders placed on SetMyHub are pre-bookings subject to minimum order quantity being met.
- SetMyHub reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if the minimum participation threshold is not reached.
- Product prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
- Order confirmation does not guarantee final pricing; any changes will be communicated before final processing.
6. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway.
- SetMyHub does not store your payment card information.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- In case of failed transactions, amounts are reversed as per payment gateway policies (typically 5–7 business days).
7. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on logistics and vendor availability.
- Installation is included for applicable products and will be scheduled post-delivery.
- SetMyHub is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the SetMyHub app and website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Qualyzentech Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
- SetMyHub provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service.
- Product descriptions and images are provided by vendors and may vary slightly from actual products.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualyzentech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email.
12. Account Termination & Data Deletion
You may delete your account and request erasure of your personal data at any time. Upon deletion:
- Your profile, order history, preferences, and personal information will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of the request.
- Certain data (e.g., completed transaction records) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax and financial regulations, but will not be used for any other purpose.
- Any active or pending orders at the time of deletion will be cancelled and eligible refunds will be processed per our Refund Policy.
- Deletion is irreversible. A confirmation email will be sent once completed.
How to delete your account:
- Email support@setmyhub.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered phone number or email. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and complete deletion within 7 business days.
