You have the right to permanently delete your account and all personal data. Here's exactly how to do it.
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data including profile, order history, and preferences will be permanently erased. You will need to register again to use SetMyHub.
Send an email to support@setmyhub.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number or email address in the body.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 7 business days.

Retained data is not used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than the stated legal reason, and is stored securely with restricted access.
If you have active or pending orders when you request deletion, those orders will be automatically cancelled. Eligible refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy before or alongside the account deletion.
